Stationäre Aufnahme zur Transfusion bei symptomatischer Thrombozytopenie (Thrombozyten 10.000/µl, Petechien). Grunderkrankung Weichteilsarkom, intensive Chemotherapie vor einer Woche. Verabreicht werden drei gepoolte Thrombozytenkonzentrate à 280 ml.
