Daher stehen hier auch Wendungen, die aus dem Verzeichnis gestrichen wurden — sie sind als zurückgezogen gekennzeichnet, dürfen nicht mehr kodiert werden und bleiben nur auffindbar, damit ältere Unterlagen lesbar sind. Wo eine Orpha-Kennnummer steht, handelt es sich um eine Seltene Erkrankung; im stationären Bereich ist mit ihr seit dem 1. April 2023 zusätzlich zu kodieren.
